    • Lead counsel for a large chemical company involved in a toxic exposure, mass tort lawsuit
    • Lead counsel for a medical billing company involved in a class action lawsuit
    • Lead counsel for mental health facilities, addicition treatment facilities, and facilities caring for people with severe mental and physical disabilities involving claims of wrongful deaths, sexual and physical abuse, and other significant injuries
    • Won a motion for summary judgment for a marsh buggy company involved in a property damage lawsuit, where the landowner sought restoration damages in excess of $10,000,000
    • Won a motion for summary judgment for an insurance company arguing that there was no UM/UIM insurance coverage based upon proper waiver of such by their insured
    • Won a motion for summary judgment for a service organization based upon the lack of ownership, control, and garde over the area in question
    • Won a motion for summary judgment for a trucking company involved in a multiple vehicle accident along a state highway where the plaintiff sought damages in excess of $3,000,000
