John P. Guillory

John Guillory is an attorney in Preis PLC’s Lafayette office. John has over 30 years of experience involving commercial litigation, general insurance defenses, subrogation, products liability, professional malpractice and coverage analysis. John is licensed in both Louisiana and Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. John has previous experience in auditing of financials and business consulting. He uses this experience to fully represent clients. John has been lead counsel in numerous hearings, depositions, jury and judge trials. He has also been successful in cases resulting in mediations, and/or summary judgments. He also has extensive appellate experience in Louisiana State Appeals Courts and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
